Wah dah lama tak berblogging..Kesuntukan masa..
Banyak orang concern bila dah pregnant, still boleh menyusu ke?
First of all..Tahniah sebab anda pregnant.
It's a good news..you should be thankful.. But I'm sure you feel guilty because your baby still breastfeeding..
That's what happen to me for my 2nd and 3rd pregnancy..
Pregnant and continue breastfeed my baby.Not just direct..I actually continue expressed breastmilk in the office 3 times a day..I'm so thankful with the gifts.
Of course bila pregnant and breastfeed, badan kita exhausted.bila makan tak cukup, badan penat..susu pon susah nk produce.At the same time risaukan baby dalam perut lagi.
Mesti ada cakap..doktor or nurse tak bagi continue menyusu baby..
I pergi check up as soon as I find out that I was pregnant.So I inform my gynae yg I still breastfeed my baby..My gynae ckp takpe..takde masalah..boleh je nak continue.Yg penting kena makan, vitamins pon kena amik.
Remember you're eating not just for 2..but 3 people..

You need full nutrient..
Set pe yg saya ambil masa menyusu and pregnant?
Saya amik full set ibu mengandung
~ Multivitamins Vitalea (Wajib) with Iron (Sama macam obimin doktor bg but this one ada Iron so membantu masalah kurang darah merah sbb ibu mengandung/menyusu selalu ada masalah ni)
~ Ostematrik (you really need calcium for yourself and for your both babies). Boleh elak kaki kena cramp masa pregnancy..
~ B complex with folic acid ( i dont take folic acid yg doktor bg.)
~ Vitamin C (I need to stay healthy)
~ ESP Shaklee (membantu membanyakkan susu badan & pekat so baby cepat kenyang, bagi energy)
